Megan is a certified coach, hypnosis practitioner, and yoga instructor and works with clients in 1:1 programs and group programs.
In 2008, when she was 18, she became a certified yoga instructor, which is where her passion for health started. She became interested in nutrition, physical exercise, and the mindset of health and was constantly learning and applying new information to her own life.
After the birth of her 3rd daughter in 2017, she enrolled to become a Holistic Health Coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She quickly realized that many clients *knew* what they wanted to do, but struggled when it came to actually make the changes in their own lives.
Through continued learning, she came to understand that we all have programs and beliefs running in our subconscious minds that can, at times, hold us back from accomplishing what we say we want. This led her to become certified in Hypnosis, which is a very relaxing, natural state where the client can begin to reprogram old beliefs and therefore change their life with more ease.
She now combines coaching and hypnosis in all her programs because true, lasting change comes from conscious mindset work through coaching and subconscious reprogramming work through hypnosis.
Megan’s area of expertise is working with professional and entrepreneurial women to help them create managed minds, experience less stress, overwhelm, and self-doubt, and feel better emotionally.
